It is renowned for its world-class dermatology, cosmetology, dental, hair, and plastic surgery treatments. They are a team of skin specialists, dentists, hair specialists, and plastic surgeons who consistently deliver the best results.

Opportunity Details

Although Clinic Eximus was eastablished in 2004 and since then was delivering exceptional services to its clientele, they had no significant online presence. Infact the had no website and social media pages. Co-founders Dr. Prerna Taneja and Dr. Rajat Mathur saw a pressing need to revolutionize their whole marketing outlook with changing times to reach to larger audience and create their brand awareness.

The Challenge

Clinic Eximus relied on its existing recurring customers for so long. Their marketing strategy included referral marketing and traditional marketing like leafleting and small billboard campaigns. Honestly, it worked so well for them all these years that they never thought of any other marketing strategies. But with social media frenzy and the e-commerce boom post-COVID, things started to change for them.

Eximus started losing its fair share of clientele to its competitors, mostly new entrants in the market. They figured out that customers are more attracted to business with significant digital presence. They wanted to keep up with modern marketing and reimagine their brand with a robust online presence.

Moving The Needle

We started working on this project with website as the first primary task. We wanted to create a website that highlights their years of expertise and legacy. We developed their website in WordPress by creating individual pages for each service, before and after results page, and a dedicated testimonial page.

For social media presence we created their Facebook, Instagram and Youtube handles. We encouraged and helped the founders and other experts in the clinic to post informational content on these mediums. We also worked with them to develop static images, reels, shorts and large video to post offers and informational content periodically and engage with their followers.

The Outcome

With our coordinated efforts we increased followers to over 20k combined on all social media channels in span of six months. The content marketing helped the brand to increase the traffic to their website as more and more followers were interested to know more about their business. With our Keyword SEO services we ranked the business fairly high on th search engine results. Now the customer is getting good amount of organic traffic through search results.
