Mali Family Health (MFH) is a fertility clinic based in Thailand. It offers IVF services to couples who are having problems getting pregnant. The clinic takes an egg from a woman’s ovaries and fertilizes it with the sperm of their partner in the laboratory. Later, the egg is transferred to the woman’s womb for natural growth and development. Their mission is to help couples fulfill their dream of building a happy family.

Mali Family Health is a new business established in Thailand in partnership with various clinics in the country. It offers fertility services to couples from all over the world. As a first step, they needed a website to showcase their objectives, mission, services, and details of partner clinics.

The Challenge

As a service in the healthcare industry, especially a fertility treatment service, MFH was peculiar about keeping the design soft, refreshing, and giving a sense of family. MFH was actively searching for a web design and development agency that could bring their ideas to life. We came into contact with them through a referral of a happy customer.

The principal task in front of us was to:

Design a website clearly showing a sense of family building
Keeping all web elements as relatable as possible: color, theme, font, navigation, etc
Write website content that clearly states their vision, mission, and solution to infertility
Develop a functional website considering user friendliness and ease of navigation

Moving The Needle

We sat with the clients and conducted various interviews to understand their vision. We came up with a design that was easy to flow, soft to the eyes and gave an emotional appeal. In the development phase, we wanted to keep things simple. Since the website had no complex requirements, we chose WordPress as a CMS and Cloudflare as a CDN.

The Outcome

The result was spectacular for both us and the client. The client was happy to see the final website. We carefully crafted the content, designed all pages in line with the vision, and developed a website that was easy to load and manage, giving the best user experience possible. The website resulted in increased traffic and more visitors to the clinics.
